Users shall grant the Xanado a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP License). This IP License shall end when You delete Your IP content or Your account unless Your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When You delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, You understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (but will not be available to others).
To the extent possible, We provide You the option of not divulging any specific information that You wish for Us not to collect, store or use. You may also choose not to use a particular service or feature on the Site, and opt out of any non-essential communications from the Us.

What are the terms governing payments?
We use Avenues World FZ LLC for processing payments. We do not store Your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction. After that is complete, Your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
